制备生物相容性好、稳定性高的功能性纳米载体材料,充分考量其在生物体内的理化特性与生理调节作用,在完成细胞内及细胞外基质内核心活性组分分析的同时,靶向释放多种治疗性与生物调节性分子,实现诊断与治疗的一体化,同时积极探索肿瘤微环境对肿瘤治疗的重要影响作用,创新基于肿瘤微环境响应的生物调节治疗策略。
