通过制备DNA折纸/自组装结构、聚多巴胺微球、介孔二氧化硅、介孔碳等多种生物相容性良好的纳米材料,作为探针分子的基本载体,实现对细胞内关键活性物质灵敏检测以及重要生化反应的信息传递过程。为进一步明确肿瘤等疾病的的发展过程、机制与早期筛查提供有效的研究工具。
